Brian was born near Pittsburgh, PA but grew up in Yorktown, VA. He came to faith in Jesus in 1984. Brian was called into vocational ministry in 2001 after graduating from Liberty University. He served as Assistant Youth Pastor at his family’s home church in Seaford, where he served with and married Jerilyn. Brian graduated with a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Seminary and served on staff at two churches in Gloucester before moving his family to Uganda to serve with East African Outreach in 2015.
